What’s new in the new version 1.7.0.
eAuditor IAM?
November 30, 2023 eAuditor IAM – The system for managing authorizations and accesses has been enriched with more functionality under the new version 1.7.0.
We have introduced the following changes:
Changes made
Absences – substitutions
- Defining absence types.
- Assigning a substitute for an absence.
- Email notifications for the absent person and the substitute.
List of applications
- Recording of events and changes within applications
- Ability to accept multiple applications simultaneously
- A breakdown of the application list by system, hardware and software.
Return of entitlements
- Ability to return user privileges in bulk.
- Generate requests in eHelpDesk for deleting an email account and disabling an Active Directory account.
New application for entitlements
- Enhanced functionality to create applications with multiple values for a single parameter.
Change request card
- Generate requests for software changes.
- Defining the software list, approval templates and authorization definitions.
Current entitlements
- Expansion of entitlement functionality including hardware and software.
