Conditions for upgrading the system to the version
Rules for updating the editorial version:
- According to the terms of service to the system eAuditor, the free update right applies only to a specific edition version (e.g., V 8). W okresie 20 21-2024 under Version V service8 realized dozens of automatic updates.
- Considering the high interest and benefits of the upgrade (both for the manufacturer and users), a promotional and favorable customer upgrade policy was developed to V9.
V8.x version users with valid service:
- Possibility upgrade to version V9.x at the time of service renewal for the next period (12/24 months) -.chargeable according to the price list.
- Possibility(optional)purchase of a newe V functionality9 –chargeable according to the price list and individual arrangements.
- V8.x version users who have already renewed their service contract in 2024 – by individual arrangement.
- Possible early renewal of service contract with execution of upgrade to V9 without loss of support period.
Cost:
- upgrade to version V9.x – cost according to the price list
- additional options – cost according to the price list
V version users8.x without a valid service:
- required upgrade to version V9.x – cost according to the price list
- required purchase of service – fee according to the price list
- additional options – cost according to the price list
Version V users7.x and lower:
- required upgrade to version V9.x – cost according to the price list
- additional options – cost according to the price list
EDU, GOV, MED versions

Technical aspects of the upgrade to V9.x
In any case (consultation in the implementation process), the technical support department will provide the necessary support by phone or e-mail.
All activities offered by the support department are free of charge.
from V8.x
– Manufacturer and administrative support during the upgrade is not required – the process is done automatically.
– The update time averages 15 minutes and depends on the size of the database. No administrative intervention is required.
– For installations without connectivity to the manufacturer’s update server, an update package will be provided.
from versions V7.x and below
– The upgrade from V5.x, V6.x and V7.x is performed remotely by the manufacturer’s technical support department.
– The update time is up to 60 minutes and depends on the size of the database.
