What’s new in the new version 1.9.0. eAuditor IAM
July 26, 2024 eAuditor IAM – The system for managing authorizations and accesses has been enriched with more functionality under the new version 1.9.0. We have introduced the following changes:
Changes made
Verification of eligibility
- Enabling the setting of the deadline for the verification of formal and factual rights. Each entry in the table is a new independent verification.
- Adding a filter to search records by confirmed, rejected and unverified permissions.
- Allowing verification of a supervisor’s authority by the supervisor himself.
- Adding a thank you message for conducting formal verification.
- Automatic cleaning of previously selected records has been introduced. When the selected records are executed (e.g. confirm/reject), the selections from the first page are automatically cleared when moving to the second page.
- Formal and factual verification reports have been made available.
- Redesign of the main verification view, including the addition of new columns and drop-down sections.
Approval templates
- Introduce global notifications related to approvals.
- Ability to configure notification templates for different types of requests and decisions.
Definitions of entitlements
- Enabling an indication of whether an entitlement will be subject to verification.
- Enabling the building of permission profiles containing systems, software and hardware.
Handling correspondence for applications
- Enabling correspondence to be linked to specific requests.
- Ability to automatically generate notifications of new correspondence.
- Expansion of the correspondence view with additional columns, such as date sent, date received, sender, recipient.
Announcements
- Added message about duplicates when returning permissions – a message informing about existing other applications for the same permissions/parameters.
- Added message for administrators to receive all permissions.
- Added a message indicating which person has an active entitlement – a message displayed when creating an application for several persons, indicating which persons already have active entitlements.
New application
- Introduced automatic addition of the expiration date of authorizations – automatic addition of the expiration date of authorizations based on the user’s employment data.
Current entitlements
- Block the reuse of the “Create duplicate” command until the application is executed, rejected or canceled. “Duplicate pending” message when creating duplicate requests.
Absences/replacements
- Adding a field “Substitution in scope” to indicate substitution in the field of verification of authorizations and applications.
User interface improvements
- Redesigning the main view of entitlement verification.
- Introducing new columns and filters for easier navigation and data handling.
- Allowing you to go directly to the desired page (e.g., from page 4 to page 1), skipping other pages.
- Enabling the setting of several levels of sorting of the notification list.
