What’s new in the new version 1.8.0. of eAuditor IAM?

March 12, 2024 eAuditor IAM – The system for managing authorizations and accesses has been enriched with more functionality under the new version 1.8.0. We have introduced the following changes:

Changes made

Email notifications

  • Ability to set up automatic email notifications sent to SOW administrators after downloading data updates from Active Directory (AD), containing information about changes in the positions of people indicated in the approval template as approvers/rejectors.

Users

  • Added the ability to filter users by approval templates. This makes it easier to search for approvers plugged into an approval template responsible for accepting or rejecting an application. The search is performed by the parameter “Approver: login” and by position and department.

Notifications

  • Notifications about the absence of an assigned merchant.
  • Automatic email notifications sent to SOW administrators informing them of applications without a pinned acceptor.
  • Tag – configured notification – create a tag indicating that the notification has been configured, available on the main view “Requests for authorization. > Approval templates.
  • Email notification when the entire entitlement profile is accepted – email notification to the requesting user when the entire entitlement profile is accepted.
  • Notification to service technicians that a profile item has been rejected – email information to service technicians handling requests within the requested entitlement profile that the profile item has been rejected.
  • Re-changing application statuses – the ability to change the statuses of eHelpDesk applications again, which affects the re-changing of application statuses in the SOW and sending notifications about the changes.

Current entitlements

  • For current authorizations that have an indicated “to” date, enable the creation of a duplicate authorization request from the command line next to the authorization.

Revocation/Reimbursement of entitlements

  • Limit the ability to issue a request for revocation/reimbursement to a maximum of 30 days ahead. Attempting to issue a request with a date more than 30 days ahead will result in the message “Date cannot be more than 30 days ahead.

History of changes

  • Automatic Registration: the system automatically registers all changes made to the system, both by users and administrators.
  • Change information: each registered change contains detailed information such as: date and time of the change, user making the change, description of the change (what exactly was changed), old and new status of the item (before and after the change).
